Shipping Policy

Short version: Shipping destinations, methods, and costs are confirmed during Shopify checkout. Preorder pages and order updates provide the current fulfillment timing for each product.

1. Shipping Locations

Available destinations depend on the product, fulfillment path, and shipping services offered at checkout. If checkout does not offer your destination, contact Support@MeridianGMT.com before placing a preorder.

2. Processing Times

In-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days after order processing. Horizon Plus pre-orders ship October 28, 2026. Latitude Plus pre-orders ship December 28, 2026.

3. Shipping Costs & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, product, shipment timing, and selected shipping method. Available standard or expedited options can vary by region, product size, carrier, and fulfillment status. Products labeled as fulfilled by The Flight Sim Factory may ship separately from Meridian GMT products.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination. Checkout and order terms will identify charges collected by Meridian GMT; any recipient-paid charges remain subject to applicable law and carrier or customs requirements.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor delivery status. For preorder or address questions before fulfillment, contact Support@MeridianGMT.com with your order number.
