Include your Shopify order number when asking to change an address or cancel before shipment. Pre-order deposits are set in US dollars at $100 for Horizon Plus or Latitude Plus. Shopify converts the deposit at checkout. Deposits are fully refundable before shipment.

Horizon Plus has a $249.99 balance due before it ships on October 28, 2026. Latitude Plus has a $249.99 balance due when it ships on December 28, 2026.
